Unseen. Unveiled. is an exciting collaboration between Cathays Gallery in Cardiff and a philanthropist private Welsh collector.
This exhibition offers one of the most remarkable displays of contemporary art currently available.
The aim is to provide a dedicated space for this extraordinary collection and showcase artworks that have never been publicly exhibited before. For the first time, the entire collection will be carefully curated and on display.
Rather than following a specific theme, the exhibition presents a diverse array of perspectives, mediums, and artistic expressions, encouraging open dialogue and sparking the imagination.
The collector’s passion for visual art has driven him to acquire works from across the globe, guided by what moves and inspires him. With this exhibition, he seeks to share his collection and love of art with the public for the first time.

ABOUT US
Cathays Gallery is a contemporary art showroom located in heart of Cardiff at 177 Malefant St, Cathays. The Gallery opened in 2019 and since presented over 500 pieces by independent Welsh artists.

We are at the very end of Malefant St, recognisable by our iconic purple fence with free parking on premises.
While appointments are not required, booking in advance ensures that we can dedicate our time and attention to you.
